What is VHB 2021 Zoning Study?

In 2018, the Village Board of Trustees commissioned a land use and zoning study and proposed buildout focused on high density, multi-family development within the Village. The proposed buildout would require amendments to the current zoning code and the well-established building customs of our Village. These amendments would immediately increase the Village population by up to 20% and number of occupied dwellings by 40%.
